First, during the booking made different time before, I had specifically asked a quiet room inside and NOT on the street. To my arrival has been assigned me a room on the street at the first floor!!! The following day, we had to change again the room because the first floor would have been closed for works (with uneasiness therefore for us to refer the baggages and to change room!). On January 28th, the breakfast had to be open and working from 7, 30 am. but at 7, 50 am. were not ready almost nothing yet and we have had to wait for 20 minutes!
For all these diseases, can we return in your hotel again?
